How DealHound works

You can browse offers and business pages without signing in. Sign in when you want to save an offer, follow a business or use an action that needs an account.

Choose an area in Explore, or use your device location for nearby results. You can also narrow your search by category and price.

Area searches include surrounding communities, so check the offer’s participating locations before you visit. You can choose an area without sharing your device location.

New

First published on DealHound within the last 14 days. The label refers to the listing, not the age of the product.

A limited-time deal. Check its countdown and terms before you claim or buy.

Expiring soon

The offer is nearing its end date. Open it to check how much time is left.

Open the offer to check the price, terms, dates and available locations. Its main button tells you how to continue:

• Claim in store: get a code to use at a participating location.
• Order, book or send a request: enter the details the business needs and review the next step.
• Continue to website: complete your purchase or booking on the business’s site.

Some offers open in the DealHound app. If you send a request for the business to review, wait for its confirmation before treating it as a booking or order.

Claim when you’re ready to use it. Your code may have a time limit that starts as soon as you claim, so check the validity shown before confirming.

At the participating location, show your code to staff and follow the redemption instructions. Saving an offer for later doesn’t start a claim.

Find your claim codes and their status in My redemptions. Track requests, orders and bookings made through DealHound in Activity, including any next steps.

For an order or booking completed on a business’s own website, check the confirmation it sent you or contact the business directly.

Open Deal preferences to manage Deal alerts and your Weekly digest. Choose your interests to help tailor your feed and weekly roundup.

Following keeps you up to date with a particular business; the weekly digest brings together offers based on your interests. To stop following a business, open its page and select Following. Tap an offer’s heart again to remove it from Saved.

For stock, opening hours, offer terms or an order, use the contact options on the business’s page. The business can confirm the details of its offer.
