The App provides information about promotions and deals offered by third-party vendors. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any promotion or deal. All promotions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective vendors.

We are not responsible for any disputes between you and vendors regarding promotions, deals, or services.

When you submit an inquiry form for a promotion (such as requesting a quote, booking a service, or expressing interest), the information you provide in that form is shared directly with the business offering that promotion.

You control what information is shared: Businesses may request contact information (name, email, phone) or other details in their forms. You'll see exactly what fields are requested before submitting. Your DealHound profile information is kept private unless you choose to enter it in a form.

By submitting a lead or inquiry, you consent to the business contacting you regarding your request. The business's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy and practices.

Some promotions may redirect you to external websites to complete transactions. Your activity on external sites is not governed by these Terms.
